Description

Aluminum 6061 Alloy Powder (15–53 µm, Spherical)

Aluminum 6061 Alloy Powder is a high-strength, lightweight alloy with excellent corrosion resistance, machinability, and weldability. Produced with a spherical morphology and particle size distribution of 15–53 µm, it is optimized for powder metallurgy, additive manufacturing, and coatings.

As one of the most widely used aluminum alloys, 6061 combines magnesium (Mg), silicon (Si), copper (Cu), and chromium (Cr) with aluminum to achieve a balanced combination of mechanical performance, corrosion resistance, and thermal stability. With a tensile strength of 310 MPa, a Vickers hardness of 107 HV, and excellent thermal conductivity (167 W/m·K), Aluminum 6061 Alloy Powder is suitable for both industrial and aerospace-grade applications.
