Description
Graphene Quantum Dots (Green, 1 mg/mL) – GQD
Product Description:
Graphene Quantum Dots (GQDs) are zero-dimensional nanocrystals derived from graphene, exhibiting a characteristic honeycomb lattice structure. These ultra-small particles typically range from 1 to 50 nm in size, with our green-emitting GQDs averaging under 10 nm in diameter. Their compact structure enables superior quantum confinement and edge effects, resulting in exceptional electronic, optical, and photoluminescent properties.
Our Green GQDs (1 mg/mL) offer stable fluorescence with an emission wavelength range of 530–560 nm, making them particularly suitable for bioimaging, fluorescent labeling, and optoelectronic devices. Suspended in water or ethanol, they are easy to integrate into aqueous and organic systems alike.
