Description
Product Specification
Hydrothermal Synthesis Autoclave Reactor with PPL Lined Vessel – 50 mL
This compact 50 mL hydrothermal autoclave reactor is engineered for safe and efficient high-pressure, high-temperature reactions under laboratory conditions. Featuring a PPL (perfluoroalkoxy polymer) inner chamber and a durable 304 stainless steel outer shell, the reactor ensures exceptional corrosion resistance, acid/base compatibility, and thermal stability.
Thanks to its smooth-threaded cap, it’s easy to open and securely seal, providing airtight operation even under harsh hydrothermal environments. This reactor allows synthesis at temperatures up to 280°C (safe operational max: 250°C) and pressures up to 3 MPa, with a recommended heating/cooling rate of 5°C/min.
