Large Automatic Film Coater 

 The NanographeneX Large Automatic Film Coater is CE certified and is widely used for research on Lithium-Ion battery electrode coatings, ceramic tape castings and various high temperature coating research. 
A unique driving system produces a smooth coating on various materials and the vacuum chuck is designed to produce films with a consistent thickness.  The flat vacuum chuck holds the substrate sheet in place, extremely useful when coating on a thin substrate and ensuring uniformity in tape casting.  For immediate use, an adjustable, one micrometer applicator is included.
