Description

Aluminum Laminated Film for Pouch Cell Case

Size: Width: 400 mm, Length: 10 m, Thickness: 113 µm

Aluminum Laminated Film for Pouch Cell Case is a multi-layered packaging material designed specifically for lithium-ion polymer batteries. Its structure, composed of polyamide, aluminum foil, and polypropylene layers, provides excellent electrical insulation, moisture resistance, and durability during deep drawing or thermal processing. The film ensures a high barrier against gases and moisture while retaining formability, making it ideal for the packaging of compact and high-performance battery cells used in electric vehicles, drones, and consumer electronics.
