Description:
Alpha-phase Aluminum Oxide (Al₂O₃) nanoparticles are ultra-fine, high-purity powders with outstanding phase stability, hardness, and dimensional stability. Their α-phase structure significantly enhances ceramic density, surface finish, thermal fatigue resistance, fracture toughness, creep resistance, and wear resistance.

This material also exhibits far-infrared emission capabilities, making it ideal for fiber fabrics, high-pressure sodium lamps, and advanced thermal insulation systems. Its high electrical resistivity and excellent insulation properties allow its use in integrated circuit substrates, YAG laser crystal components, and high-performance optical systems.
