Description:
Alpha-phase Aluminum Oxide (Al₂O₃) nanoparticles are ultra-fine powders with exceptional phase stability, hardness, and dimensional stability. Their α-phase structure significantly improves ceramic density, surface finish, thermal fatigue resistance, fracture toughness, creep resistance, and wear resistance.
Due to its far-infrared emission capabilities, α-Al₂O₃ is widely used in fiber fabrics, high-pressure sodium lamps, and thermal insulation applications. Its high electrical resistivity and excellent insulation properties make it ideal for integrated circuit substrates, YAG laser crystals, and precision optical components.
