Description

Brass Micron Powder (Cu50–Zn50, Irregular, −100 mesh)

Brass Micron Powder is a water-atomized copper–zinc alloy powder with an irregular particle morphology, produced at an approximate composition of 50% copper and 50% zinc. The −100 mesh particle size distribution and irregular shape provide high surface area and effective mechanical interlocking, making the material suitable for powder metallurgy, friction systems, surface treatments, and industrial filler applications. The balanced Cu–Zn composition delivers a combination of good electrical conductivity, corrosion resistance, and mechanical stability in demanding processing environments.
