Description

Brass Micron Powder (Cu70–Zn30, Irregular, −325 mesh)

Brass Micron Powder (Cu70–Zn30) is a micron-sized brass alloy powder produced by alloying copper and zinc at an approximate ratio of 70% Cu and 30% Zn. Manufactured via the water-atomization process, the powder exhibits an irregular (non-spherical) particle morphology, providing high surface area and strong mechanical interlocking. The fine −325 mesh particle size distribution supports homogeneous dispersion and stable processing behavior, making the material suitable for sintering, friction systems, coatings, and industrial filler applications.
