Description
Cd-based QLED Quantum Dots (525 nm)
Cd-based Quantum Dots are advanced semiconductor nanomaterials optimized for QLED (Quantum Dot Light Emitting Diode) applications. With an emission peak at 525 nm (green emission), these QDs deliver high brightness, superior color purity, and excellent stability, making them one of the most reliable materials for next-generation display technologies.
Compared to conventional LCD displays, QLEDs enhanced with Cd-based Quantum Dots provide broader color gamut, greater energy efficiency, and higher visual quality. In QLED fabrication, spin coating is widely employed to achieve uniform thin-film coatings, ensuring consistent light emission. To further boost device performance, ZnMgO nanoparticle solutions are integrated as an electron transport layer (ETL). Their high transparency and ability to optimize electron injection barriers result in more stable, brighter, and longer-lasting QLED devices.
Nanographenex offers Cd-based QLED Quantum Dots (525 nm) at a concentration of 25 mg/mL, engineered for use in high-performance display manufacturing and advanced optoelectronic research.
