Description
Cobalt Oxide (Co₃O₄) Nanopowder/Nanoparticles – Purity: 99.5+%, Size: 5–25 nm
Product Overview
Cobalt Oxide (Co₃O₄) nanoparticles are a dark brown nanomaterial consisting of a mixed valence compound of Co(II) and Co(III). With particle sizes in the range of 5 to 25 nm and a high specific surface area (up to 155 m²/g), these nanoparticles offer unique properties valuable in energy storage, catalysis, and electronic applications. Co₃O₄ is soluble in nitric acid, hygroscopic, and thermally stable up to 1200 °C, beyond which it decomposes to sub-oxides.
