Description

Conductive Bakelite Powder

Conductive Bakelite Powder is a high-performance thermosetting phenol-formaldehyde composite engineered for applications requiring electrical conductivity, mechanical strength, and thermal resistance. Unlike standard Bakelite, which is primarily insulating, the conductive variant is tailored for electronics, automotive, and aerospace industries, where static dissipation and controlled conductivity are essential.

The powder is easily moldable, enabling the production of complex, high-volume components with consistent dimensional stability. Due to its thermosetting nature, it retains shape even after exposure to heat, pressure, and solvents. Combined with its chemical resistance, low water absorption, and superior mechanical properties, Conductive Bakelite Powder provides an efficient and reliable solution for demanding applications.
