Description

Copper (Cu) Nanopowder / Nanoparticles (99.9%, 40 nm, Metal Basis)

Our Copper (Cu) Nanopowder/Nanoparticles are produced using an Electrical Explosion Method combined with Laser Synthesis, ensuring highly pure (≥99.9%) and uniform spherical particles. With an average particle size (APS) of 40 nm and a specific surface area (SSA) of 45 m²/g, these nanoparticles provide exceptional electrical and thermal conductivity, making them ideal for advanced applications in electronics, catalysis, and lubrication.

The nanoparticles exhibit a dark brown appearance and maintain a consistent spherical morphology with 100% round shape formation. Their precise size distribution enhances their reactivity, surface area, and integration potential in high-performance industrial and scientific processes.

Applications

  • Electronics: Conductive coatings, conductive inks, conductive slurries for MLCC internal electrodes, microelectronics, and conductive pastes.

  • Catalysis: High-efficiency catalyst for chemical reactions (e.g., CO₂ hydrogenation to methanol).

  • Thermal Management: High thermal conductivity materials for electronics and industrial systems.

  • Lubricants: Nanometal additive (0.1–0.6%) in lubricating oils and greases, forming self-lubricating, wear-resistant coatings.

  • Nanocomposites: Raw material for bulk nanomaterial production via powder metallurgy under inert gas.

Storage Conditions

To maintain dispersion performance and prevent oxidation, store in a vacuum-sealed container in a cool, dry environment. Avoid exposure to air, moisture, heat, sunlight, or mechanical stress.
