Graphene sheet is a one-atom-thick layer of carbon atoms arranged in a two-dimensional hexagonal lattice. Known as one of the strongest, lightest, and most conductive materials ever discovered, graphene exhibits extraordinary electrical, thermal, and mechanical properties. Its thin yet robust structure makes it a breakthrough material in high-performance electronics, thermal management, and next-generation composites.
Our graphene sheet, offered in 5 x 5 cm dimensions and a thickness of 45 µm, provides excellent in-plane thermal conductivity exceeding 550 W/mK and electrical conductivity up to 3700 S/cm, making it ideal for both structural and functional applications. Its low surface resistivity of 0.06 Ω/sq and EMI shielding capability of up to 58 dB between 30 MHz and 1.5 GHz render it highly effective in demanding electronic and electromagnetic environments.
Due to its lightweight structure and high conductivity, it is widely used as a filler in composite materials to enhance electrical and mechanical performance. Graphene sheets are also suitable for heat spreaders, EMI shielding films, and conductive interfaces in electronics. In biomedical and pharmaceutical sectors, they support innovation in drug delivery, biosensors, and implantable devices due to their biocompatibility and tunable surface properties.
Formulations with surface resistivity as low as 0.04 Ω/sq are available upon request. The product is RoHS compliant and stable at operating temperatures up to 450°C, enabling reliable performance under elevated thermal and electrical stress conditions.
