Graphite sheet thermal interface material of 25 µm thickness is a thin and synthetically made material. It has high thermal conductivity and produced from a highly oriented graphite polymer film. This material can be used to provide thermal management or heat sinking in limited spaces or to achieve supplemental heat-sinking in addition to conventional means. This material is flexible and also it can be cut into customizable shapes or pieces. Its application areas include mobile phones, wearable devices, 3C electronic supplies and displays.
