Hydrothermal Synthesis Autoclave Reactor with PPL Lined Vessel – 100 mL

The 100 mL Hydrothermal Synthesis Autoclave Reactor with PPL lining is designed for conducting high-pressure, high-temperature chemical reactions in a safe, controlled laboratory environment. The inner chamber is made of PPL (perfluoroalkoxy polymer), known for its excellent chemical stability, acid and alkali resistance, and corrosion durability, making it ideal for hydrothermal experiments involving aggressive or reactive materials.

The reactor is widely used in nanoparticle synthesis, crystal growth, material digestion, polymerization, and catalyst development. The smooth threading structure ensures easy opening and sealing, while the robust design offers strong airtightness under harsh conditions.
