Product Specification

Hydrothermal Synthesis Autoclave Reactor with PTFE Lined Vessel – 100 mL

The 100 mL PTFE-lined Hydrothermal Autoclave Reactor is designed for controlled high-temperature and high-pressure synthesis processes in laboratory environments. The internal chamber is made of PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene, also known as Teflon), which offers excellent chemical inertness, acid/base resistance, and corrosion durability, even when exposed to highly aggressive or reactive substances.

Ideal for applications in nanotechnology, crystal growth, polymerization, and catalyst development, this reactor enables experiments under precise thermal and pressure control. The unit supports safe continuous operation up to 180°C (maximum 240°C) and 3 MPa pressure, with a recommended heating/cooling rate of 5°C/min.

The PTFE lining makes this autoclave especially suitable for acidic and alkaline hydrothermal reactions, while the stainless steel outer shell ensures mechanical stability and long-term durability.
