Product Description
Our PTFE-lined vessels are designed for use in hydrothermal synthesis autoclave reactors, where high-pressure and high-temperature conditions are essential for advanced material production. The internal chamber is lined with PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene), offering excellent resistance to corrosive chemicals, acids, and solvents. This makes it ideal for long-term laboratory use and highly reliable for research in materials science, nanotechnology, and chemical engineering.
The vessels are available in 50 mL, 100 mL, and 500 mL capacities and are precision-machined for a perfect fit inside compatible stainless-steel autoclaves. The high purity PTFE lining ensures minimal contamination, making the vessel suitable for sensitive experiments where sample integrity is critical.
Each size offers optimized depth and wall thickness to balance volume and thermal resistance while maintaining safety under extreme conditions.
