Description
Indium Tin Oxide (ITO) Nanopowder / Nanoparticles (In₂O₃:SnO₂ = 90:10, >99.99%, 20–70 nm)
Indium Tin Oxide (ITO) Nanopowder is a transparent conductive oxide (TCO) nanomaterial, composed of 90 wt% Indium Oxide (In₂O₃) and 10 wt% Tin Oxide (SnO₂). With ultra-high purity (>99.99%), nanoscale particle size (20–70 nm), and specific surface area of 35 m²/g, ITO nanoparticles combine electrical conductivity with optical transparency.
Produced by the chemical precipitation method, these nanoparticles have an irregular morphology, low bulk density (~0.83 g/cm³), true density of 7.14 g/cm³, and a characteristic yellowish-green color. Their superior anti-radiation and antistatic performance make them essential in electronics, optoelectronics, and energy applications.
