Description

InP-based QLED Quantum Dots (525 nm)

InP-based Quantum Dots are cadmium-free, environmentally friendly nanomaterials developed for QLED (Quantum Dot Light Emitting Diode) technology. With an emission peak at 525 nm (green emission), these QDs deliver exceptional brightness, high color purity, and long-term stability, making them a sustainable and safe alternative to CdSe-based quantum dots.

Compared to conventional LCD displays, QLED devices that utilize InP-based QDs offer a wider color gamut, superior image clarity, and improved energy efficiency. In QLED fabrication, spin coating is commonly used to ensure uniform thin-film coatings, enabling consistent optical performance. To further enhance device performance, the incorporation of ZnMgO nanoparticle solutions as an electron transport layer (ETL) provides improved electron injection, increased stability, and higher brightness. With their high transparency and advanced electronic properties, ZnMgO-assisted InP QLEDs achieve longer lifetimes and more reliable operation.

Nanographenex supplies InP-based QLED Quantum Dots (525 nm) at a concentration of 25 mg/mL, optimized for integration into high-performance displays and next-generation optoelectronic devices.
