Description
InP-based QLED Quantum Dots (625 nm)
InP-based Quantum Dots are advanced nanomaterials designed for QLED (Quantum Dot Light Emitting Diode) technology, offering a cadmium-free, eco-friendly alternative to traditional CdSe-based QDs. With an emission peak at 625 nm (red emission), these quantum dots deliver vivid colors, high brightness, and long-term stability, making them highly attractive for sustainable next-generation display technologies.
Compared to conventional LCDs, QLED devices incorporating InP quantum dots provide wider color gamut, superior image quality, and improved energy efficiency. During QLED fabrication, spin coating ensures uniform thin-film coatings for consistent light emission. Additionally, the integration of ZnMgO nanoparticle solutions as an electron transport layer (ETL) enhances electron injection, stability, and brightness. With high transparency and optimized electronic properties, ZnMgO-assisted QLEDs achieve brighter displays and longer device lifetimes.
Nanographenex offers InP-based QLED Quantum Dots (625 nm) with a concentration of 25 mg/mL, specifically engineered for televisions, monitors, smartphones, and other display technologies.
