Description
Nickel Based Alloy Micron Powder, Inconel 625, Size:15–45µm, Form:Spherical
Nickel Based Alloy Micron Powder – Inconel 625 is a spherical superalloy powder with a high nickel content, specifically engineered for demanding service conditions. Known for its excellent high-temperature strength as well as outstanding corrosion and oxidation resistance, this alloy is widely used in applications where long-term mechanical stability is critical.
With a controlled particle size range of 15–45 µm and a spherical morphology, this powder is highly suitable for powder metallurgy, laser-based additive manufacturing processes (SLM / DMLS), thermal spray coatings, and high-performance sintering applications. Its homogeneous chemical composition contributes to consistent flowability during processing and enables the production of parts with very high density.
This Inconel 625–based nickel alloy powder combines high yield and tensile strength with excellent ductility and fatigue resistance, offering extended service life even in aggressive chemical and high-temperature environments.
