Description
Stellite 6 Spherical Micron Powder, Size: 15–45 μm
Stellite 6 is a cobalt-based alloy powder designed for applications requiring exceptional wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and high-temperature stability. Produced in spherical micron powder form (15–45 μm), it offers excellent flowability and packing density, making it highly suitable for thermal spray, laser cladding, additive manufacturing, and powder metallurgy.
With its balanced chemical composition rich in chromium, tungsten, and carbon, Stellite 6 forms a strong, corrosion-resistant matrix reinforced with hard carbides. This provides outstanding resistance to galling, seizing, abrasion, and oxidation, even under harsh chemical and thermal conditions.
