Ti-6Al-4V ELI Titanium Alloy Micron Powder (Grade 23) is a high-performance alpha–beta titanium alloy powder developed for advanced engineering applications requiring excellent mechanical strength, superior fatigue resistance, and outstanding biocompatibility. The ELI (Extra Low Interstitials) grade features significantly reduced levels of oxygen, nitrogen, carbon, and hydrogen, resulting in enhanced ductility and fracture toughness compared to standard Grade 5 alloys.

With a controlled micron-scale particle size and a homogeneous alloy structure, this powder is well suited for powder metallurgy, laser-based additive manufacturing processes (SLM / DMLS), metal injection molding, and advanced sintering technologies. The material enables high densification, low porosity, and consistent mechanical performance in finished components. Grade 23 is particularly preferred for safety-critical parts and long-term load-bearing applications.
