Coin Cell Materials

They are also known as button cells are used for cell configuration for the evaluation of battery materials. It is fast and gives reproducible results. It avoids the complicated replacement while taking a minimum amount of materials. Coin cells are composed of stainless steel. The assembly includes the top cover bottom, container, steel spacer, and steel spring. They are also efficient in the development of rechargeable batteries and electrodes. However, they are dangerous for children as when swallowed; they can cause internal burns leading to significant injury or death.
